The Role

Currently in hyper-growth,Tollanis Solutions is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. In this role you will be responsible for programs that generate and nurture leads through inbound via website, emails, calls and webchat, email sequences, lead pipeline management, manual lead scoring, targeted social and other lead generation management. 

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, and working closely with cross functional team, this role is arguably one of the most important in our business. You will design, plan, manage and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and products to generate pipeline revenue. Your attention to detail and booking sales meetings through our marketing efforts and managing hubspot are all very critical to the role. The vast majority of our pipeline is generated by your efforts to keep the leads warm and convert them to qualified meetings. At the same time, for most this role is a critical step in your professional evolution. Succeed as a DGM and chances are you’ll be stepping into an account executive role in a year or two. As much as we want the leads, we want you to stay with us over the long term. 

What You’ll Do

  • Building and maintaining accurate contact lists in our CRM, Hubspot for all assigned target segments (zoominfo) and meticulously track all activity (Hubspot)
  • Researching prospect organizations to personalize outreach and to be able to hone-in and identify their needs and challenges 
  • Established and create new innovative prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to connect with prospects – email, calling, social selling, Linkedin and more!
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of the Tollanis 5 focused products and how it can help potential customers. Zendesk, Cred.io, Syspro, Service Desk and Services.
  • Represent Tollanis by providing an excellent client experience including providing a fast response time to requests
  • Utilize marketing content, campaigns and playbooks in order to nurture leads and MQLs until they are ready to be passed to the Strategic Sales Team.
  • Work closely with each prospect from initial contact to Sales qualification, in order to book quality meetings 
  • Consistently (if not always!) meet and exceed MQL and pipeline generated targets
  • Provide market feedback and insights to promote continuous improvement and ongoing development
  • Will hold targets and own full sales cycles for our SMB customers TBD size and scope
  • Being highly organized in planning and implementing both strategic and tactical aspects of the sales process.
  • Consistently performing a variety of demand generation activities, including making phone calls, sending emails, using LinkedIn and HubSpot sequences
  • Working closely with more senior members of the sales team.

Who You Are:

  • You have 5+ years of B2B Demand Generation – preferably in tech or at a SaaS company.
  • You are able to demonstrate product knowledge.
  • Experience working with HubSpot 
  • Extensive experience in the development of creative campaign and execution of email marketing, Social, and paid digital. 
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance
  • You have the ability to adapt and look for different solutions.
  • You’re highly organized and disciplined in order to achieve results.
  • You’re an excellent communicator (both written and oral) and understand the importance of ongoing and proactive communications and closing the loop.
  • You have a strong track record of excellence in education or work.
  • You have a University or college degree (preferred, but not required).
