Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the ideation and design execution for all deliverables.
- Deliver the best quality user interfaces for all devices. Define visual elements, product elements, and overall design (layout, components, color, typography, images, design theory, etc.).
- Create and maintain high-quality visual content for the company brand in both digital and print communications, including, but not limited to brochures, flyers, infographics, social media, web graphics, logos, emails, event materials, and catalogs.
- Ensure on-time delivery of design deliverables in line with developed style guides and brand guidelines.
- Improve user experience by collaborating with key stakeholders to transform product catalog and website visuals, and define UX/UI design strategy and branding.
- Work on a variety of projects and media to visualize and create unique designs to meet business objectives and organizational standards.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time remote position. Current days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM ET United States day.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience working with a wide range of brands, preferably in an agency environment.
- A degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Must have advanced knowledge of creative and design and be well versed with Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Figma, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, and After Effects will be a plus.
- Be well-versed in mobile and website design.
- Willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment to deliver brand campaigns within competitive deadlines.
- Must have a strong portfolio of running campaigns, brand, and visual design.
