Implementation Engineer (LogicMonitor)(Remote)($60-$75USD/hr)

The Role

We are looking for an analytical, results-driven LogicMonitor Implementation engineer to assist with the overall technical design concept and diagnostic tests to ensure that the features and performance meet the highest quality standards and business requirements. Also identify the systems’ potential failures and develop troubleshooting reports as necessary.

Requirements

• Preferred 5 years of experience maintaining and installing to LogicMonitor Platform.
• Other vendor experience desired (Zenoss, Solarwinds, etc.)
• Ground up installation, patching and maintenance of LM collectors and environment.
• Must have experience with device management, data sync to CMDB, and populating the platform.
• Must know how to manage collector installations, assist with deployments and scaling strategies.
• Must be able to troubleshoot SNMP and assist with platform developments regarding new hardware support.
• Must assist onboarding teams and NOC in regards to bulk installations, on premise collector deployments and event customization.
• Must have a solid understanding of networking and compute topology.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

THIS IS A 3 MONTH CONTRACT POSITION. Current days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM ET United States day.
