● Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications;
● Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes;
● Understand how ServiceNow can enable the client to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits;
● Coordinate application and platform upgrades;
● Develop systems integrations and process automation;
● Configure and maintain SLA, catalog items and their associated workflows;
● General support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications;
● Working closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices.

● Develop test cases for functional, UAT testing, resolution of reported defects and perform integration testing using sample data;
● Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems;
● Assist with report configuration and maintenance, as needed;
● Participate in Agile and SAFe® ceremonies and produces deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value;
● Requirement gathering;
● Troubleshoot technical issues through all phases of SDLC;
● Resolve complex IT issues;
● Maintain and optimize the environment;
● Provide testing for new applications;
● Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom- built technology solutions to meet business needs;
● Participate in ongoing planning and review related to active projects and tasks and report to senior leadership;
● Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform.
