The Role

Currently in hyper-growth, Tollanis Solutions is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for fully understanding a client’s needs and determining whether our business can meet those needs. The Strategic Account Executive helps to ensure the company’s products or services are delivered on time, on budget, and up to the client’s standards, The SAE will report to the VP of Sales and work alongside the Business Development Associates that will support the sales team. The SAE collaborates with Pre-Sales, services, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include business solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer decision-makers. The SAE will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the customer from Lead generation to fulfillment. 

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and qualify opportunities to increase sales volume while ensuring processes are met and managed in the CRM (Hubspot)
  • Manage sales through forecasting, qualification, account strategy, and planning.
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the deal.
  • Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
  • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key influencers.
  • Track and Update internal CRM for Sales Pipeline, Contact and Accounts.
  • Work with key partners like Cred.io, Zendesk and Syspro
  • Participate in RFP/RFI when required
  • Receive inbound meetings from Demand Gen team and move them to 20% through Qualification
  • Responsible for Account Base growth or 20% Y0Y
  • Works with internal and external teams to build the customers vision
  • Has a good understanding of Technical process flows

Who You Are:

  • You have 5+ years of sales experience – preferably in tech or at a SaaS company.
  • You are able to demonstrate product knowledge.
  • Experience working with HubSpot 
  • You exhibit curiosity, intellect, magnetism and hunger for results.
  • You’re tenacious and don’t give up when facing challenges.
  • You have the ability to adapt and look for different solutions.
  • You’re highly organized and disciplined in order to achieve results.
  • You have a positive can-do attitude in a challenging environment.
  • You’re an excellent communicator (both written and oral) and understand the importance of ongoing and proactive communications and closing the loop.
  • You have a strong track record of excellence in education or work.
  • You have a personal history of interest in sales, marketing or entrepreneurship.
  • You have a University or college degree (preferred, but not required).
