Responsibilities:
- Support of Internal and External customers.
- Configuration and support of endpoints (desktops, laptops, mobile devices) and their associated peripherals and accessories.
- Ongoing configuration and support of an Office 365 environment and its respective applications and tools (Email, Calendaring, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Configuration and administration of local file servers, Azure based AD environment, VMware.
- Configuration and administration and monitoring of networking equipment.
- Support and Administration of IT infrastructure and Local PC’s for customers using various tools.
- Maintain hardware, software, and Mobile devices inventory.
- Ensuring proper onboarding/offboarding of employee resources (hardware, applications, etc.) – focused on great customer experience while adhering to necessary security protocols.
- Work on incidents, communicating with staff and customers using CRM system documenting the work performed, prioritizing the work and company needs.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members as well as third parties and vendors and customers.
- Assist with analysis and research to propose new and future technological needs.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time on-site position. Current days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM ET United States day.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, in the field of computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience / certifications.
- 6 years minimum relevant work experience.
- Able to work on multiple projects/tasks at once and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment under pressure and possess organization skills to balance and prioritize work.
- Experience with administration and support of Microsoft Office 365 and its included applications and productivity tools (including MS Teams, Sharepoint, etc.).
- Experience in Active Directory and Group Policy, network file shares, etc.
- Experience with RMM and PSA tools to rollout and manage software and PC’s.
- Knowledge of local area network administration, backup policies.
- Employ ingenuity and flexibility to come up with solutions to technical challenges.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience working with cellular carriers is a plus as is managing multiple cell phone lines.
- Experience with Ring Central is a plus.
- Relevant certifications a plus (A+, MCSA, MCSE, Jira, Zendesk, RingCentral, Datto, NinjaRMM etc.).
- Be available for after-hours support as needed.
- Reliable internet connectivity and availability while working remotely.
- Reliable transportation to Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton based offices.
