 Administer and enhance Zendesk systems.
 As a Zendesk admin and developer, investigate issues with Zendesk tickets using system logs, source code inspection, database querying, etc.
 Create and deploy assets for new and existing ticket workflows (fields, forms, logical triggers, etc.) in Zendesk.
 Generate system reports and views of Zendesk user listings and tickets, using native system reporting tools (including Explore).  Develop front-end Help Center assets in HTML and JavaScript in Zendesk.
 Use Zendesk REST APIs to query for
complex data sets, bulk upload data and assets into the system, and create or improve custom integrations into other systems.
 Develop custom solutions hosted in the system (proficiency in any scripting language, Java or Python is a plus).
 Actively contribute to monitoring and alerting on our strategy and approach, using continuous improvement.
 Deploy environments on-demand, with an understanding of the build process.
 Resolve operational and product problems effectively and you call them out as required to minimize the impact on users and Tollanis as a whole.
 Create and implement technical standards across systems and you effectively communicate such standards to our support and deployment teams.
 Deploy and upgrade application stack into production and non-production environment.
 Manage changes with version control.
