Steve founded Tollanis in 2009 and serves as President and CEO. Over the course of his career Steve has provided leadership over large-scale global infrastructure and applications organizations across multiple industries such asHealthcare, Retail, Automotive Financial Services and Home Building. Steve has served as CIO with Fortune 1000 firms like Lennar, TBC Corporation and Autotrader.com
Steve started his career with the US Army rising to the rank of Captain. Steve served in various capacities eventually closing his active duty career as a paratrooper with the 18th Airborne Corps and in the Army Reserves with the US Fifth Corps in Germany.
Steve holds provisional patents on multiple technology solutions and is the author of; Innovation, Technology and Leadership, published in 2014. Steve is a graduate of Syracuse University and conducted work on a Master’s in Public Administration from the State University of NY at Binghamton and a Masters in International Business Management from Georgetown University.
Eric Harrell joined Tollanis as Chief Financial Officer in April 2019. In this position, Eric is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction at Tollanis, as well as human resources. Within finance, he guides controlling, treasury, accounting, tax, and audit functions to pursue the company’s aggressive growth strategy and meet its clients’ expectations.
Prior to joining Tollanis, Eric was CFO at Lumen Mundi and previously worked in the audit practice at Stark & Stark and Dexxon Pharmaceuticals. Throughout his nearly 20-year career in accounting, auditing and financial planning, Eric has established a reputation for building world-class teams and for aligning financial and business metrics to support business strategy and high-growth.
Eric is a graduate of the University of South Africa and Georgia State University and enjoys traveling and has a love of animals.
Kevin joined Tollanis in 2019 bringing over 18 years of technology and process improvement experience. In his role as CTO for Tollanis, Kevin is deeply involved in the architecture, design, selection and implementation of both client-facing and internal technology solutions.
Kevin was most recently employed with Cross Country Home Services where he led projects to improve overall system stability, consolidation, and deliver reporting & modeling capabilities. Prior to Cross Country Home Services, he worked at Office Depot, SBA Communications and Lennar Corporation.
Kevin holds a Management Information Systems Bachelors’ Degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, several professional certifications, including the MCSE & MCDBA, and has professional experience in Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Methodologies: SIPOC process mapping and FMEA/MFMEA.
Kevin is originally from Southern Illinois and has resided in South Florida for 14 years. He enjoys going to the beach, listening to music, experiencing new foods and spending time with his family.
Monica joined Tollanis in 2019 as HR Business Partner across all of Tollanis' lines of business. Responsible for all HR functions to include benefits, recruiting. and performance management. Monica brings over 10 years’ experience in blending strong Employee Relations and multi-state experience with a background in Performance Management, Recruiting, HRIS, Benefits Administration, Managerial, and Management of Human Resources Projects.
Monica believes that understanding business needs and interacting effectively at all levels within an organization is critical to establishing positive working relationships. Monica is an action-oriented Leader who possesses extensive Generalist experience at a corporate level. Monica's expertise includes: Employment Law, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment & Selection, Benefits/Compensation and Escalated Internal Investigations.
Monica holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
