Duties and Responsibilities
● Platform Configuration & Customization: Design, configure, and customize
Monday.com boards, dashboards, and automation to streamline processes and improve
efficiency across the organization.
● User Support & Training: Provide support to users across the company, ensuring they
are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively use Monday.com.
Conduct regular training sessions and create documentation to assist users.
● Process Optimization: Collaborate with various departments to understand their
workflows and translate them into efficient processes within Monday.com. Continuously
assess and refine these processes for optimization.
● Integration Management: Manage and optimize integrations between Monday.com and
other tools used within the organization (e.g., CRM, Slack, Jira). Ensure smooth data
flow and process automation across platforms.
● Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide
insights into project statuses, performance metrics, and overall productivity. Help teams
make data-driven decisions using Monday.com analytics.
● Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Monday.com
functionality, user access, and integrations. Work closely with Monday.com support to
escalate and resolve complex issues.
● Best Practices Development: Develop and implement best practices for Monday.com
usage within the company, ensuring consistent and effective use of the platform across
teams.
● Stay Updated on Platform Enhancements: Regularly review and implement new
features and updates released by Monday.com to ensure the organization is leveraging
the latest capabilities.
Requirements
● Experience:

 

○ 2+ years of experience working with Monday.com, including platform
administration and customization.
○ Deep understanding of the Monday.com API to create custom integrations with
other platforms, including Microsoft Azure and other third-party applications.
● Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Monday.com automation, integrations, and
reporting features. Familiarity with APIs and data integration tools.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
● Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and
solving issues.
● Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Tech Stack:
○ Development Stack: .NET 8, C#, Unit Testing, Rider
○ Azure Services: Azure Functions, Azure Storage Queue, Azure Service Bus,
Azure Cosmos DB, Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts), Azure
Application Insights, Azure Storage Accounts
○ Platforms: Dynamics 365, Monday.com
